Here are just a few...
There is no law in Ohio that says that spousal support (alimony) must be one year for each five years of marriage?
It is perfectly legal in Ohio for married persons to live in separate residences - it's not "abandonment"?
That it is not necessary to obtain a "Legal Separation" for married persons to live separately?
That shared parenting does not necessarily mean that there is no child support order or that the parents share equal time with the children?
That "Dissolution of Marriage" and "Divorce" are essentially the same thing in that both terminate a marriage but that "Dissolution of Marriage" can be much easier and cheaper if the parties can agree on a resolution of their difficulties?
